Hope and Healing for Children, Families, and Professionals in Tennessee

About
Elizabeth Ball, LCSW
For the majority of my career, I've worked with children and families in community mental health, juvenile justice, and early childhood settings. I have the expertise as a Case Manager, Therapist, Juvenile Probation Officer, Director of Children’s Outpatient Clinic, Treatment Director, Clinical Supervisor, and Quality Assurance administrator. I've worked with systems of care communities and programs for 20+ years and in multiple capacities.

I partner with families or individuals to identify goals and solutions to help relieve their pain and improve their quality of life.
With extensive experience in the behavioral health space, I provide program design, development and quality improvement at a community, regional, and state level.
My expertise is in training
multi-discipline professionals to work in various settings with children experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.
I provide supervision for professionals working toward obtaining their LCSW or LAPSW license, and I work with individuals and groups.
Reflective Consultation
I offer reflective consultation as a small, monthly group space for clinicians who want support beyond case details or problem solving. This work focuses on the human side of therapy, the parts that stay with you after sessions and shape how you show up over time.

In these groups, we slow down and reflect on what the work is stirring inside you, where you may feel steady or stretched, and what you are carrying home at the end of the day. This is not supervision or case consultation. It is a grounded, relational space for clinicians who want thoughtful support and connection in their work.
